Nutrition

    Our residents gather together each day for three well balanced meals.  The meals are made from scratch.  The food here compares to any fine dining restaurant.  Residents are given the opportunity to make selections from a buffet for their meals. Snacks, fruits, coffee and tea are available between meals, as well as items ordered from our Salt River Bistro Menu.  This menu includes items such as cheeseburgers, hot dogs, chicken strips, personal pizzas, deli sandwiches, several soups, french fries and a variety of desserts and other snacks.  

Our dietary staff provide for special diets.  Our dietary staff consists of Kathy Black, Supervisor, Linda Bolte,  Maverick Downs, Paula McAlister, Cassie Larrick,  Connie Bryant,  Steve Kinney, Holly Leftwich,  Ethan Thomas, Spring Leftwich, Kayl Gough, Chance Bradley, Dalton Dinwiddie, Dylan Schoo, and Abby Krog.
